LATEST ANNOUNCEMENTS & UPDATES

• Construction: water line construction has commenced in front of our building; they're digging a trench from the end of Aqua Vista past our front door which will soon be extended in front of our driveway entrances. Per the construction crew, following is what we've been told:

  • During construction we will still be able to use the driveways to access our parking areas.

  • As work is being done in front of our driveways, workers will lay down steel plates for us to drive over when needing to exit or enter the garages.

  • Putting down these plates will take some time, so expect delays to exit and enter.

  • Plates will be put down when the work is over for the day.

  • During this work, the use of on-street neighborhood parking is encouraged.

  • There is no set schedule for what days they'll be working, what street sections they'll be focusing on, nor do they have specific work hours, but tend to show up between 7:30-8am.
     

• HOA Dues are $390/month and are to be paid via account transfer or Zelle Quickpay ONLY moving forward, due on the 1st of the month. Late fees are applied for payments received after the 15th of the month.
   

• Recycling Room: be sure to break down all boxes/containers to ensure bins will fully close and do NOT deposit overflow items on the floor as this will prevent our weekly Thursday pickup from taking place.  A motion light has been installed which will go on/off automatically unless the button is pressed.
   

• Parking:  please be sure to utilize your unit's allocated spaces, be considerate of fellow residents and not abuse the guest spaces as they are intended for guests. 
   

• Cleaning: as our cleaning crew comes Mondays & Fridays, we must be diligent about our upkeep during the days in-between so please ensure all your service personnel clean up after themselves and properly dispose of their debris.  Bulk item removal must be scheduled ahead of time with LASAN for Wednesday pickup and the item(s) should be left on the curb the night before.
