THE WOODBRIDGE - 4170 FAIR AVENUE HOA

The Woodbridge was built in 2006 by David & Maria Mordoch; 4170 Fair Avenue (aka Fair South) is the Owner's side of the building while 4180 Fair Avenue (aka Fair North) is the Rental side, with 24 units & 21 units respectively.

 

This modern structure's joint amenities include ample gated underground parking, heated outdoor pool, indoor fitness center & conference room. In-unit amenities include granite countertops and central heating/cooling along with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and washer/dryer appliances. Some units also include gas fireplaces. 

 

The Fair South Homeowners Association is a non-profit corporation which exists to coordinate mutually-beneficial activities for our members in accordance with standards established by state and federal law, local ordinances, and the governing documents upon which the Association was created.  The Association, managed by the Board of Directors, is responsible for providing a variety of services to our Homeowners.  Among these services are common area maintenance and improvements, payment of common area expenses, pool and recreational facility management and maintenance, and the establishment of reserve funds for the repair and replacement of capital improvements.  The Board is also responsible for the enforcement of the rules and regulations of the Association which are designed for the protection and benefit of our Homeowners and residents and the preservation and enhancement of the aesthetic value of our community.
